Boot Camp is the perfect jumpstart to reinvigorating your community’s attitude.  We can easily be overwhelmed by the challenges facing our rural community; Boomtown Boot Camp helps refocus our local energies on critical factors of success.  Using Jack’s book to provide the background basics with the 7 ½ Keys and the case studies to offer experience, our group found it easy to reach common ground on a wide variety of ideas. 

The open communication that was encouraged has provoked a lot of innovative thinking and brought new individuals forward who are demonstrating leadership and a willingness to work together to better the community.  More than once I have heard participants say they now believe economic development is the job of everyone in the community.

Boot Camp allowed us to bring people with unique, diverse backgrounds together for two days – and at the end of those two days we learned that the vision each individual had of this community was very similar to others.
